Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it without giving any reason. After cancelling your order, you have a further 30 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount, including the original delivery costs.

The cost of returning the product from your address to our online shop is your responsibility. Please check with your chosen delivery provider for the exact return costs.

If you exercise your Right of Withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
