Shipping Policy

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

We have a processing time of 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed before 17:00 GMT+01:00 (England) will be processed on the same day. All products go through a brief processing procedure before being shipped.

Once processed, the average shipping time is 4–7 working days. In total, you can therefore expect your order to arrive within approximately 5–10 working days from the time your order is placed.

Delays

During periods of unexpected high demand, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We do everything we can to process orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding should a delay occur. We will, of course, keep you informed and always aim to minimise any delays.

Shipping Service

For the delivery of our orders, we work with reliable carriers such as DPD, Royal Mail and FedEx (or DHL Express). Thanks to these partnerships, you benefit from secure delivery and real-time tracking information, allowing you to easily track your parcel.

Extras

To make your shopping experience as convenient as possible, we offer a number of benefits. Orders above a certain amount qualify for free shipping. You may also choose insured shipping, including priority handling, for a small additional fee. This gives you peace of mind that your order will be handled with the greatest possible care.

Every order is provided with tracking information, allowing you to follow the progress of your parcel from the moment it is dispatched until it is delivered.
